After partially planning their wedding through a non local team Jacqueline reached out to Christina on a personal referral needing help and local expertise. With a clear vision and her interior designer eye Jacqueline knew exactly how she wanted her special day to unfold. Having Jacqueline's family in Chicago and Alex's in Los Angeles they wanted a semi destination location for their guests to enjoy. Spending at least two weekends a year in Ojai together they decided that it was the perfect spot for their nuptials. Fully embracing Ojai's Fall foliage they worked with Pigsty Studios owner Hope to add just the right amount of unique raw elements to create a cohesive narrative.
Guests were greeted with refreshing prosecco and paper parasols to shade themselves as they meandered around the lake while they awaited the intimate ceremony to begin. While their recessional played the historical bell in the reception barn tower rang to celebrate the newlyweds. Cocktail's and a large grazing table greeted guests once they ascended the driveway up to the large circle courtyard. When the couple rejoined the party the barn doors were opened for a dramatic grand reveal of their reception.
